Sonia is the Practice Business Manager and Contract holder of the Practice and ensures the smooth running of the Practice, she will be happy to speak with you about any issues or ideas you may have; she is also the Complaints Manager and Caldicott Guardian.


Reception Team

The Reception Team are Jackie, Gill, and Karon. They will assist you with booking appointments, prescription requests and any other queries regarding your healthcare.

Yasmin, Helen, Toni and Natasha work in administration and on Reception.


Administration

Our administration team is made up of Assistant Practice Manager, Leanne and Medical Secretary Ruth. They are here to assist patients in booking hospital appointments, arranging certain blood tests and making sure patient records are up to date.

Our reception team is made up of Chris, Gill, Jackie, Karon and Jessica; they are here to answer the phones, deal with enquiries and take repeat prescriptions.

They will always do their best to help and their job is very demanding so please be patient.

Karon is a Medical Receptionist who can make or cancel an appointment, deal with Prescription queries or requests and help with any other query you may have regarding your health.

Community Midwives

Our midwife runs a clinic for pregnant women on Wednesday afternoons.


Community Nurses

These are community nurses who care for a full range of nursing needs at the home and in the surgery.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women.

Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
